I’m Brett Duncan. I live in Dallas. My ears stick out, and I have a gap between my two front teeth. My wife, April, is the most beautiful thing on earth, inside and out. I’m from Kentucky originally, so please pardon the grammar.
This blog is ever-evoloving, and it’s not completely dedicated to any one topic. But, you can be sure I’ll have plenty to say about marketing, nutrition, spirituality, sports (esp. local Dallas stuff and even some Kansas City stuff), and common sense. This inaugural post pretty much explains it all.

Bill – thanks for the encouragement. It’s been a tough decision, but I know the right one. AdvoCare has been too fun and too good in every way, so no regrets. You Distributors have definitely been the best part, and I’m positive Richard Wright is going to find ways to help the company really grow.
Corey – thanks for the congrats, the shout outs, and seconding the Couv. I can’t deny it – I suck at keeping up.
